Generally speaking :

- If a wheel is high speed low torque- USE MOEBIUS 9010 (Balance cap jewels, escape wheel, and seconds wheel.)

- If a wheel is low speed high torque- USE HP 1300 (Barrel arbors, center wheel, and third wheel.)

- If it's metal on metal (keyless works…)- USE MOLYKOTE DX, Some technical guides will also tell you to use HP 1300.
